Today, the 27th of January, is the International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Today is the day that we especially remember all the victims of the indescribable acts carried out by the Nazis in the Second World War, in which millions upon millions of Jews, Gypsies, Homosexuals, opponent political figures, rebels and many more were murdered in an abhorrent fashion.
The 27th of January is the day when the largest concentration camp (Auschwitz) was liberated by Soviet troops. I apologise if the pictures above upset you, but some things are important to share and listen to; some things need to be remembered forever. Lest we forget.
